Cut beef tenderloin into thin slices (it will be easier to slice after chilling briefly in the refrigerator).

Add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water starch, mix well, then add a spoonful of vegetable oil, mix well, and marinate for 20 minutes.

Wash the enoki mushrooms and cut off the bottom section.

Slice tofu.

Arrange the enoki mushrooms on the plate.

Add tofu.

Spread beef on top.

Steam in a pot and let the water boil for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion. (It will be more fragrant with hot oil, but we like less oil and salt, and it is delicious without any oil).
