Steamed shrimp with garlic vermicelli (quick dish)
Overview
I have made the open-back shrimp version of this dish before. Compared with that version, this is a quick dish that is particularly easy and quick to cook. It tastes just as good.

Mince the garlic, soak the vermicelli in hot water until soft, and clean the shrimp

Cut the vermicelli with scissors and spread it on the bottom of the plate. Arrange the cleaned shrimp on top

Put oil in the pot, add minced garlic, stir-fry until it turns yellow, turn off the heat and add sugar and soy sauce

Spread the prepared fried garlic and hot oil on the shrimp and steam over high heat for 8 minutes.
