Wash the cauliflower petals and set aside.

Pour hot water into the pot, simmer the cauliflower until cooked for 5 minutes, then remove.

Slice the bacon, soak the fungus, wash and remove the stems, and tear into small pieces.

Pour oil into the pot. When it is 50% hot, add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add bacon and stir-fry for a while.
