Vanilla Sour Cream Cherry Ice Cream
Overview
I have recently become addicted to making sour cream desserts. This time I will try sour cream ice cream again. I use sour cream to replace the whipping cream in the ice cream ingredients. The ice cream made is richer and sweeter. I won’t miss Haggardas this summer after eating it!

Prepare required materials

Add fine sugar to the egg yolks and beat until the egg yolks are slightly fluffy and white. Set aside

Put the milk into a small milk pot, add vanilla essence, heat until small bubbles appear on the edge of the pot and turn off the heat

Add the hot milk to the egg yolks in portions, stirring to combine

Add corn starch and mix well

Pour the mixture back into a small milk pot and heat until the liquid is thick. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Refrigerate to cool down

Pour the sour cream into the refrigerated milk liquid and mix well to form ice cream liquid, then pour it into the ice cream bucket

Start the bread machine imix program, the ice cream is stirring

After the program is finished, take about 1/3 of the soft ice cream and put it in the container, spread it evenly and add an appropriate amount of cherry jam

Add another 1/3 of the ice cream, then spread the cherry jam, and finally add all the remaining ice cream, spread it out, and place it in the freezer of the refrigerator to freeze hard
