Stewed carp
Overview
Carp, with large scales and two barbels on each side of the upper jaw, lives alone or in small groups in calm ponds, lakes, and rivers with muddy bottoms overgrown with water and grass. Cure cough, jaundice, thirst, and facilitate urination. Eliminate edema of lower limbs and uneasy fetal gas. It has a warming and tonic effect and can remove symptoms such as cold air, chest tightness and abdominal accumulation discomfort. Burning and grinding it into powder can induce sweating, cure cough and asthma, promote lactation and reduce swelling. Mix it with rice drink to treat severe diarrhea in adults and children.
