This dish is sold in almost every vegetable market in the South, but it is hard to see it in the vegetable market in the magical city of Shanghai. Today I saw a mother-in-law selling this dish at the door of the vegetable market, so I bought two handfuls without hesitation. I really miss the taste of my hometown.
