Overview
Spring spinach, very tender. I bought fresh spinach today, and I was really worried about how to eat it. I opened the refrigerator and saw that there were enoki mushrooms left over from yesterday's barbecue. There was not enough leftover for a meal, so I just mixed the two with cold salad. I didn't expect it to be super delicious!
