Homemade orange jam
Overview
My parents have an orchard at home, and they grow a lot of sugar oranges. This year, my baby and I picked a lot of them, but because the weather was a bit cold, we couldn’t finish them all at once. So we made jam for the children. Dip some into your toast in the morning, it’s so delicious! The most important thing is that it is purely natural!

Steps
-
Sugar orange.
-
Peel the sugar oranges, cut them open with a knife, and remove the seeds and tendons. Put the pot in a pot and cook over medium heat (no need to add a drop of water during the whole process).
-
The cooking process requires stirring from time to time. When it becomes a little sticky at the end, add a small amount of white sugar and continue cooking until thickened (the sugar orange itself is relatively sweet, so you don’t need to add too much sugar. You can taste it before adding it).

After cooling, put it into bottles (bottles should be washed and dried in advance). If you can't finish it all at once, you can put it in the refrigerator for about a week. If you want to store it for a longer period, put it in the refrigerator.
