Gold soup fish
Overview
The golden soup comes from its color. First, it can be made with pumpkin puree; second, it can be made with yellow pepper sauce. The color of both is fine, but the taste is very different. If you are cooking desserts or vegetarian dishes, it is better to choose pumpkin puree; but if you are cooking fish or meat, it is best to use yellow pepper sauce.

Main and auxiliary ingredients: freshwater fish, yellow pepper sauce

Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion, ginger and garlic.

Add the fish and fry for about 3 minutes without turning it over.

Cook in cooking wine.

Add yellow pepper paste.

Add appropriate amount of water. After boiling, cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes and add salt to taste.

Turn the fish over, cook for another 2 minutes, add MSG to enhance the freshness and turn off the heat.
