Soften the butter at room temperature and cook the eggs and set aside. Beat the softened butter + powdered sugar with a whisk.

Remove the cooked egg yolks, crush them through a sieve and add them to the whipped butter.

Sift together the cornstarch and low-gluten flour, add to the whipped butter and stir until there is no dry powder.

Place the dough into a Ziploc bag and refrigerate for an hour.

Take out the refrigerated dough, 60g each, roll into a ball and flatten until it becomes plastic.

Heat up and down, middle layer, 170 degrees, 15 minutes.
