Remove both ends of the sweet beans and clean them.

Slice the duck offal and blanch it in water to remove the fishy smell.

Slice carrots, sliced garlic, and shredded ginger.

Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, starch, pepper and water to make a sauce and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic slices.

Add sweet beans and carrot slices.

Add appropriate amount of salt and fry until cooked, scoop up and set aside.

Add oil to the pot again and sauté the ginger until fragrant.

Add the blanched duck giblets.

Stir-fry over high heat until cooked.
