Rosemary fried baby potatoes
Overview
Rosemary abounds. I planted a few pots at home, but I met someone who picked a bunch of them and came to exchange gifts. The plucked leaves cannot be planted back, so we have to find ways to use them up. Fortunately, there are always some new things for people to try. Rosemary fried potatoes. Potatoes are not unusual, they can be fried, cooked or stir-fried. It’s the season when baby potatoes are emerging in large numbers. When rosemary meets baby potatoes, it’s hard to predict whether their combination will be popular. Give it a try. Maybe it would be better to use olive oil. However, since the olive oil has been exhausted and there is no follow-up, then use corn oil, which does not have a special taste.
