Blanch the ingredients with water to make bibimbap sauce (if you are not used to Korean sauce, some can add Korean hot sauce, according to personal preference). Add appropriate amount of oil in the pot + add garlic and fry until fragrant + water + oyster sauce + soy sauce + white sugar (appropriate amount according to personal taste, if you like salty, more soy sauce, if you like dessert, more sugar).

Turn the rice upside down and put in the blanched ingredients. I fry an extra poached egg myself (^-^). Pour the freshly cooked sauce over it and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
