After cutting the fresh meat into pieces, use a food processor to puree it, rub some garlic, and minced ginger into it and stir evenly.

Chop the corn and carrot into cubes and add a shiitake mushroom.

Stir the meat mixture in a clockwise motion for approximately 15 minutes.

Add diced corn, carrots and shiitake mushrooms, then add cornstarch and stir evenly.

Put the minced meat into the ham sausage mold. Brush the mold with oil in advance to facilitate demoulding, and compact it with a spoon.

Steam until cooked, about 15 minutes.

After steaming, remove from the mold.
