Stir-fried jellyfish with celery
Overview
The nutritious jellyfish can be eaten cold or stir-fried. Stir-fried jellyfish with celery can clear away heat, dispel wind, lower blood pressure and detoxify. This dish uses celery stems. Do not throw away the removed celery leaves. Celery leaves are also very nutritious, containing more vitamin C than the stems and higher levels of carotene than the stems. Celery leaves can be used to make soups, salads, dumplings, and scrambled eggs.
