Steamed Celery Leaves
Overview
Celery reduces blood pressure. You can also add celery leaves to steamed buns to increase the flavor. Eating more whole grains is good for blood pressure, blood lipids, and fatty liver.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Pour cornmeal, soybean flour, millet flour, and yeast powder into a basin.
-
First mix all kinds of powder evenly, then add warm water, mix until it can form a ball, and let it rise for 30 minutes.
-
These are celery leaves picked, soaked and washed.
-
Blanch the celery leaves and chop finely.
-
Stir the chopped celery leaves into the risen dough.
-
Grab a handful of cornmeal and use both hands to shape the shape of the steamed bun. Use some strength with your hands, because cornmeal has poor viscosity and is not easy to form a ball. You can also prepare a bowl of water next to it to assist in shaping.
-
Use the thumb of your right hand to slowly push out the eye of the steamed bun, rotate the steamed bun one time and push it out at the same time.
-
Put all the steamed buns into the steamer, turn on the steam, and steam for about 15 minutes. My steamed buns are relatively small, so the steaming time is longer for larger ones.
