Prepare lean meat, cut fat meat into shreds, minced garlic, and green onion leaves.

Soak the rice noodles in boiling water until soft, wash the peas, soak the black fungus and cut into shreds.

Fry the fat meat first to get the oil, add the lean meat, stir-fry a few times, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and salt, then add shredded peas and black fungus, stir-fry everything for two minutes, add boiling water and simmer for five minutes.
