Chop the beef, add salt, pepper water, egg white, and black pepper and stir well.

Roll out 2 quick-frozen pancake skins and spread ground beef on one of them.

Cover it with another sheet, press the sides tightly, and put it in the freezer of the refrigerator for about 40 minutes.

Cut into pieces, brush a little water on the surface, sprinkle with appropriate amount of white sesame seeds, and put in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 20 minutes.
