Hakka boiled meatballs
Overview
Hakka snacks, boiled meatballs, are made of meatballs mixed with diced meat, cooked in water and seasoned with salt. There is nothing else added. When I was a child, I could only eat it during the New Year or festivals. It was delicious, smooth, tender, and mixed with the aroma of meat. The more I ate, the more I thought about it, but unfortunately it was no longer in the pot.
