Ingredients to prepare: lotus root, wild sansho pepper

Peel, wash and slice lotus root

Soak in clean water for a while, remove and drain

Chopped wild sansho pepper

Put water in a pot, add refined salt or vegetable oil and bring to a boil, add lotus root slices and blanch until cooked, rinse with cold water and drain
