Dissolve the yeast with a small amount of warm water.

Put flour, sugar, condensed milk, and pumpkin into a basin. Add the dissolved yeast water and stir.

Knead until the dough is smooth.

Cover the pot and let it ferment at room temperature.

The fermented dough is then kneaded and deflated, and divided into equal portions.

Take a small amount of dough and roll it into a round cake shape.

Layer 5 pieces of dough together.

Roll it up from one end

Cut in the middle.

Place the finished roses in a steamer to wake up for about 30 minutes, turn on high heat and steam for about 12 minutes, turn off the heat, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
