Overview
Beef and mushrooms, one meat and one vegetarian. After roasting, the beef juice is added to the mushrooms, making the mushrooms fresh and refreshing.

Put the minced meat into a large bowl, add chopped green onions, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon brandy, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, and 2 tablespoons cornstarch;

Use your hands to mix the seasonings and meat evenly;

Spread 1/2 tablespoon of butter evenly on the baking sheet;

Wash the mushrooms briefly, drain the water with kitchen paper, remove the stems, and apply a little cornstarch in the holes;

Preheat the oven to 375°F (about 175°C), stuff the meat into the holes and place it on the baking sheet;

Wrap the mushroom stem with the remaining meat and form it into a meat ball;
