Chocolate Sauce Buns
Overview
Since I started baking, I have become more and more fond of making bread. It not only solves the problem of breakfast, but more importantly, I can eat with confidence and enjoy the fun of DIY. My family and friends all like to eat the bread I make, which also makes me confident, but it is often not enough. Hey, a bigger oven would be better~~~~ This chocolate sauce bread is very delicious, you don’t need to spread the sauce when eating, and it is very convenient to take out~~~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Mix all the ingredients except butter and chocolate sauce and knead into a smooth dough. Now add butter and knead until the expansion stage, which is the stage where the film can be pulled out (I forgot to take a photo of this part, you can refer to the previous picture of the bread). Then cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it ferment in a warm place for about an hour
-
Let the dough rise until it is twice the size of the previous dough. If you insert your fingers into the dough and the dough does not shrink or collapse, it means it is ready
-
Divide the dough into 15 parts after deflating, roll into balls and rest for 10 minutes
-
Take a piece of dough, roll it into an oval, turn it over and spread evenly with chocolate sauce
-
Gently roll it up from top to bottom and glue the bottom tightly
-
Roll them up one by one and put them in the baking pan
-
Let the intermediate fermentation take place for another 35 minutes, and the dough will double in size
-
After taking it out, lightly brush it with egg wash
-
Bake in the oven at 175 degrees, with upper and lower heat, for 30 minutes until golden brown. Take the bread out immediately after it is baked, and place it on a wire rack to cool before eating
