Wash the glutinous rice and put it into the pot. The water will cover the glutinous rice

Slice the eggplant, (the shape is random and you won’t see it after cooking. You can cut it however you like, but cut it thinly.)

Heat oil in a pan and fry green onions (or green onions) first.

Add the eggplant and stir-fry, add a few spoons of soy sauce (slightly darker color), minced garlic, and continue to stir-fry.

Fry the eggplant until soft, add some salt, mix it, put it all on top of the glutinous rice in the rice cooker, and add a little water, because eggplant has a lot of water, add less water, press the button, and enter the cooking process.

When the rice is done, stir it and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.

It's ready to eat, dip it in garlic sauce.
