For green beans, blanch them in water for two minutes. Add salt and oil when blanching to keep them green.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the oil when the pan is hot, stir-fry the green onions, ginger, millet, and then add the blanched silkless beans that have been soaked with water.

After stir-frying, add an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir-fry for 30 seconds to absorb the flavor. Add chicken essence and minced garlic, stir-fry and remove from the pan.
