Curry Potato Beef Stew
Overview
One day, the meeting didn't start until around 7:30. I rushed to the evening shift at almost 8 o'clock. On the one hand, it was too late, and on the other hand, I felt a little tired. I didn't want to go home to make dinner, so I told the children that my mother didn't want to cook tonight. She wanted to eat something and just finished it outside before going home. The children said they wanted to go to Yipinsanxiao to eat rice bowls, so after coming out of the evening shift, they went directly to the opposite side of the road. At a fast food restaurant, the child paid for it and ordered it by himself. When he was eating, he found that there was only a curry beef set meal. The portion was small and the taste was average. The child also said it was delicious because the potatoes were stewed so badly that it felt like it melted in the mouth. When the child said this, he remembered that potatoes and beef with this flavor were rarely made for him at home. Since he likes it, he might as well make it himself.

Prepare the required ingredients

Peel and wash the potatoes and carrots, then cut the onions into random slices, slice the ginger, and cut the beef into small pieces

Turn on the gas stove, pour a little oil into the pot after it is hot, add onions and ginger slices and stir-fry slowly over low heat
