Prepare the chopped chili pepper and minced onion, ginger and garlic; wash the konjac and cut it into strips.

Heat the wok and pour in the vegetable oil.

After the oil is hot, add chopped chili and minced onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Pour in the konjac strips and stir-fry quickly.

After about a minute, add salt, soy sauce, and chicken essence. Turn off the heat and stir in the balsamic vinegar.
