Meatballs wrapped in green pepper
Overview
I went to a friend's house for dinner and I just learned a dish. I watched other people make it. It was quite simple. I went home and studied it and made it myself. I felt it tasted good, oily but not greasy. It had the aroma of meat, the fragrance of green pepper, and a little spicy. It was tender and refreshing in my mouth! And the method is quite simple. I’d like to share with you my green pepper and meatball mix!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Chop the lean meat into minced meat, add an egg, add onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, salt and marinate for half an hour
-
Remove the root of the pepper, take out the core, shake off the water inside, and dry it for later use.
-
Fill the marinated meat stuffing into the green peppers, don’t fill it too full, just fluffy
-
Put oil in the pot. When the oil starts to emit white smoke, put the filled green peppers into the pot and start frying. Be sure to fry over low heat. The fire should not be too high, otherwise the green peppers will turn black.
-
Fry for about 3 minutes, take it out, drain the oil, and you’re ready to eat!
