Melt the chocolate butter over hot water or in the microwave.

Add caster sugar and mix well.

Add the whole egg mixture and mix well.

Add sifted flour and mix well.

Pour in the rum and mix well.

Add the chopped walnut kernels and mix well (leave one-third of the walnut kernels crushed).

Place a piece of oil paper on the bottom of the mold, pour the brownie batter into the mold, and preheat Kobic 80S at 200 degrees.

Sprinkle the remaining 1/3 of the walnut kernels evenly on the surface.
