Overview
Why is it called Tanggu Shaobing? Because the filling is filled with sand grains, the sugar will heat up and expand during the baking process. This is a popular Chinese snack in Taoyuan, Taiwan. It is rolled twice, filled with fillings, shaped and baked. Now the fragrant and crispy sesame cakes can be made.
