Materials are ready. Wash the spinach, remove the heads and peel the prawns and set aside the tails.

Add water to the pot, put the shallots and minced ginger into it. After the water boils, put the shrimp and spinach into the water. Turn off the heat immediately. After two minutes, take out the spinach and shrimp and let them sit for a while;

Remove the juice from the spinach and place it in the mold;

Arrange the shrimp on or around the spinach and drizzle with a little sesame oil and salt.
