Yogurt fruit crepe

Yogurt fruit crepe

Overview

It was originally meant for making crepes, but after I got a few extra ones, it suddenly occurred to me that it would be a good idea to have some fruit yogurt. After doing this for a while, my daughter unexpectedly loved to eat it, and my husband also ate two of them! It’s a good choice for breakfast or afternoon tea!

  7. Place a small pat of butter in a pan and heat until melted, shaking the entire pan to spread the butter evenly throughout the pan. (If you don’t like heavy fat, you can omit this step because butter is added to the batter and will not stick to the pan)
