  2. Use a knife to score two marks on the skin side of the chicken wings to facilitate the flavoring. Chop a few chopped green onions, two slices of ginger, and a clove of garlic. Chop them all and put them together

Put the cut and stamped chicken wings in a small basin, add minced onion, ginger, garlic, two teaspoons of light soy sauce (use less soy sauce, the color is too heavy and unsightly), half a teaspoon of vinegar, sprinkle some chicken essence, salt (this is not easy to measure, just sprinkle a little on the surface), lemon, I squeeze all the juice onto the chicken wings with my hands. Use chopsticks to stir evenly and marinate for more than half an hour. It is best to use chopsticks to turn it over in the middle

  4. After marinating, blanch it in boiling water, which will not only make the chicken wings more elastic but also remove impurities. Just put the contents of the small pot into the hot water. There is no need to pick out the chicken wings separately. This way, blanching the chicken wings will not taste particularly unpleasant like blanching the chicken wings directly without marinating ~

After the chicken wings are poured in and the water is slightly boiled, turn off the heat and use chopsticks to take out the chicken wings. Prepare dark soy sauce (it’s best to use dark soy sauce for coloring), 1 can of beer, 1 tablespoon of sugar (I forgot to take it, and a little salt

When browned, pour in the beer, add the chopped onions, ginger and garlic, 1 tsp of dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp of white sugar (a tbsp is the small porcelain spoon you use for soup at home, if you use this amount, half a tsp of soy sauce is enough), add an appropriate amount of salt (if you don’t know how much to put, add half a tsp first, wait until the pot boils to taste the soup, if it is not enough, add more, just a little saltier than right)
