Wash the fresh shrimps and cut off part of the shrimp whiskers

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot (a little more than ordinary stir-fry), stir-fry the ginger slices until fragrant

Then fry the shrimp and flattened garlic over medium-low heat

Flip and fry the other side too

Adjust a little light soy sauce and simmer over low heat for two minutes, then turn off the heat
