1-1.5kg grass carp

One portion of sauerkraut fish seasoning and an additional portion of sauerkraut.

Chop the fish head, cut the fish bones into sections, mix the fish slices with marinade and marinate the fish for 15 minutes.

Chop onion, ginger and garlic and set aside.

Heat the oil in the pot.

Sauté onion, ginger, garlic and dried chili until fragrant.

Pour the sauerkraut into the seasoning bag and stir-fry over high heat for about 5 minutes.

Put boiling water in the pot (stock is best)

Put the fish head and fish bones into the soup and simmer over medium heat.

After the fish heads and bones are cooked in the pot, put the fish fillets evenly into the pot one by one. Turn on high heat and cook until the fish changes color and matures, then serve on a plate.
