Quail eggs with soy sauce
Overview
I often eat five-spice quail eggs. Today I had a different taste. I added 1 spoonful of Laoganma tempeh. It has a slightly spicy taste and is particularly delicious.

Soak the fungus, wash it and tear into small pieces.

Wash cucumbers and carrots and slice them into slices.

Wash the quail eggs and put them in a pot. Pour cold water into the pot. Bring the water to a boil and turn off the heat after 2 minutes. Soak in cold water until cool, pinch with your hands and peel off the shell.

Put oil in the pan, add quail eggs and fry until both sides are colored.

Add the fungus and carrots and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add cucumber and stir-fry

Add 1 tablespoon Laoganma black bean sauce and stir-fry for 1 minute

Add a little salt and stir-fry evenly.
