Dough ingredients other than butter should be put into the inner barrel of the bread machine in the order of liquid first and then powder. Select dough kneading program for 20 minutes;

After kneading, add softened butter. Continue to select the dough mixing program for 20 minutes

The total weight of the dough is about 640 grams. Divide the dough into one 300g portion and two 170g portions. The 300g dough is the original color dough; add 5g cocoa powder to one 170g dough, add a little water and knead evenly; add 10g cocoa powder to the other 170g dough, add some water and knead evenly, then knead in an appropriate amount of bamboo charcoal powder to deepen the color

Put the three-color dough into the bread machine bucket, put a plastic wrap in the middle, and ferment for the first time

Select the "rice wine" fermentation program until the dough grows to 2-2.5 times

Deflate the fermented white dough and the dark and dark cocoa dough respectively, then divide them into 12 equal parts, roll them into balls, cover them with plastic wrap and let them rest for ten minutes

Take a light-colored cocoa dough and roll it into a strip of about 12cm, and roll the dark-colored cocoa dough into an oval shape about 12cm

Wrap the dark cocoa dough around the light cocoa dough. No need to cover it all, leave 1/3 gap

Roll the white dough a little longer than the cocoa dough, roll it out into an oval shape about 15cm long, and completely wrap the cocoa dough,

Take out the mixing knife from the bottom of the bread machine and put the wrapped dough into the inner barrel of the bread machine

Fix the inner bucket in the bread machine, select "Yoghurt/Fermentation", and ferment until the dough reaches 7 minutes of the inner bucket

Fermentation is complete, choose to bake for 40 minutes
