Luffa and Shrimp Mushroom Cup
Overview
Luffa is a great summer dish that can be stir-fried, made into soups, grated for pancakes, or steamed. I remember that when it’s hot and I don’t want to cook, I often just make some melon and egg soup and add two noodles. It’s simple and delicious and can cool down the heat.

Take one large shrimp, take the meat, chop it into minced meat, add a little salt and a little starch and beat it into minced shrimp.

Peel the loofah and cut into sections

If there are no three points in the middle, use a knife to dig out a small part. Be careful not to hollow out the bottom to make it look like a loofah cup

Fill with shrimp paste

Mix chopped chili sauce + mashed garlic + light soy sauce + sugar + oil and make a dipping sauce

Steam the loofah cup with dipping ingredients for 7 minutes

Pour the dipping sauce directly onto the loofah cup. The taste is a little spicy, a little sweet, a little fragrant and a little fresh.
