Stir-fried beef tenderloin with asparagus
Overview
Beef tenderloin refers to the tenderloin of beef, the most tender part of the beef, which is not fatty. Generally, flavors such as black pepper, black bean sauce, sharp pepper, and garlic are more popular, but I prefer the original flavor. I like to fry the beef cubes in the same way as a steak. There is no need to marinate or add seasonings. I only sprinkle a small amount of salt to bring out the strong beef flavor. Asparagus is easy to cook and is perfect for stir-frying with beef. The method is also very simple. The only trick is to fry it over high heat until the water is locked in. The meat will be a little pink when you eat it, which is the most successful.

Steps
-
Cut the beef tenderloin into large pieces and make it thicker. When fried, it will be charred on the outside and tender on the inside
-
Add butter to the pan, turn on high heat, and add beef when the temperature in the pan is very high
-
Add the beef cubes and spread them out without turning them. Fry over high heat for 40 seconds. Flip a few times to add the asparagus
-
If the pot is too dry after adding the asparagus, pour a little cooking wine. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes and sprinkle with a small amount of salt. The beef does not release any water or very little water. It is the best when it is pink inside when you eat it.

If you want a variety of flavors, you can make your own dipping sauce: 1 part mustard and 4 parts salad dressing, or 1 part black pepper juice and 4 parts salad dressing. The beef is also delicious when eaten as a dip.
