Soak the sassafrased potato shreds in cold water to remove the starch in the potatoes.

Wash several times to control moisture and set aside.

Cut the accessories.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add chopped green onions and saute until fragrant, add shredded potatoes and stir-fry.

Stir fry over high heat for 5 minutes.

Then add chopped green onion and red pepper and continue stir-frying.

Add salt and allspice to taste.

Stir fry and take out the pot.
