Fried La Tiao
Overview
Stir-fried noodles are something we often eat. Although the handmade ones are delicious, they are troublesome to make. We always buy the machine-made ones, but don’t worry about the taste, otherwise they won’t taste good. I used to know that mutton should be used for stir-frying. Large meats are also acceptable, but cumin is absolutely indispensable. Later, when I ate my sister’s stir-fry, which was much tastier than mine, I realized that I added tomato sauce. From then on, it became a must-have item. It really improves the flavor a lot!

Prepare materials.

Boil the bought noodles until they are 9 mature, then drain them under cold water.

Shred vegetables.

Heat a wok, add vegetable oil, add shredded pork and stir-fry until it changes color, add shredded vegetables and stir-fry.
