Kill the abalone and clean it with oil.

Cut into strips. Add oyster sauce, ginger, MSG, salt, cooking wine, and marinate for half an hour (note that longer time will enhance the flavor).

Green onions and onions are chopped and set aside.

Peel some garlic and set aside.

Cut red, green and peppers and set aside.

Heat in a casserole until smoking, add oil, add ginger slices and sauté until fragrant.
