Overview
I just learned that this dish is fried, but if you don’t do it well, the meat and mushrooms will easily separate. Changing it to steaming makes the operation much easier. It maintains the texture and taste of the dish itself without being too greasy, making it healthier.

The cut flowers of shiitake mushrooms are aesthetically pleasing and not complicated. I won’t explain the meat filling in detail, because every family has their own favorite meat filling, just like dumplings, you can make it according to your own preferences.

Wash the mushrooms, remove the stems and set aside. Half of the meat filling in the picture is enough.
