Prepare the ingredients: ginger slices, red dates, coconut, cooking wine, water snake, and water chicken.

Wash the coconut, make a hole about 5cm in the mouth of the coconut, pour out half of the coconut juice inside, then put all the prepared ingredients in, and then pour the remaining coconut in to seal. Add another half pot of water and simmer.
