Wash the sweet potato vermicelli in advance and soak in warm water for several hours

Add a spoonful of salt to the minced meat

Add a spoonful of cooking wine

Mix half a spoonful of soy sauce and marinate for half an hour and set aside

Chop onion, ginger and garlic and set aside

Heat the wok, pour in appropriate amount of oil and heat

Add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry over medium heat until fragrant!

Pour in the marinated minced meat and stir-fry evenly

Stir-fry until the minced meat changes color, then add the soaked vermicelli and continue stir-frying

If the wok is too dry, add an appropriate amount of water and fry until the vermicelli becomes soft

Add a spoonful of soybean paste and stir well

Add a spoonful of light soy sauce and stir well

Add 1/2 spoon of dark soy sauce for color

Add a spoonful of sugar and an appropriate amount of salt, stir well, pour an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil! Garnish with green onions!
