Rinse and slice the old tofu.

Wash the pork belly, peel it and cut into slices.

Pour oil into a hot pan and fry the tofu.

Fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.

Leave the oil in the pot and stir-fry the pork belly.

Add some rice wine to remove the fishy smell.

Wash two heads of green garlic, cut into sections and add to the pot.

Add the fried tofu to the pan and stir-fry.

Add some salt and stir fry.

Pour some soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Finally, sprinkle some boiling water and stir-fry over high heat.

Remove and serve on a plate.
