My Eva doesn't like tofu very much, but the tofu fried with tomatoes today really hit her liking. She ate half the plate in one go without even using rice. A little sugar is added when tofu and tomatoes are stir-fried. The finished product is sour and sweet, and has a very delicious taste. No wonder even babies who don't like tofu say it's delicious and can't stop eating it.

  1. Wash the tomatoes, blanch them in boiling water, take them out immediately, and then peel them

  3. Cut the tofu into cubes and set aside (those who are sensitive to the astringency of tofu can blanch it in water for 1 minute)
