Red bean cake
Overview
There were only two pieces of hand pancakes left at home, and there were not many honey beans left, so I made this red bean cake with it. It tasted crispy and had the sweetness of red beans. It was a joy.

Take two hand cakes and set aside until soft.

The hand cake is rolled from the outside to the inside.

Cut into thirds.

Take a piece of dough and roll it into a ball.

Press the small portion into a cake shape, put red beans on it, and wrap it up along one side.

Make two cuts on the baking sheet with a knife, then brush with a layer of egg yolk liquid.

Sprinkle with black sesame seeds.

Preheat the oven in advance to 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
