Earthen pot dish series--Spanish chorizo rice
Overview
Chorizo, the Spanish chorizo, has a particularly charming aroma and I could eat a whole pot of rice with it. I still use earthen pots for cooking, but now my family’s meals are basically inseparable from earthen pots. This one is the Hanami series of Mando-yaki earthenware pots. It has an elegant appearance. This size is suitable for 1-2 people, and there is no waste.

Prepare the required ingredients.

Cut the ingredients into sizes as shown in the picture.

Put a little oil in an earthen pot and sauté onions and minced garlic.

Add red pepper and stir-fry.

Add rice and turmeric powder and stir fry.

Add the peeled diced tomatoes, add water and salt and bring to a boil over low heat for 5 minutes.
