Soak the quinoa in water for 2 hours in advance and wash it 3 to 4 times.

Peel and cut the yam into pieces and put it in a pot to boil first.

Add the rice and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes.

Add quinoa and continue cooking for 30 minutes.

Use a spoon to stir a few times during the cooking process, then turn off the heat and simmer for another 10 minutes for a better taste.
